Barkett Realty Matches Buyer with Rare $6.9 Million Waterfront Home

Indian Shores, FL — Andrew C. Tsunis, a Broker Associate with Barkett Realty, assisted his buyer in purchasing an incredibly unique home in Indian Shores, FL. Not only was the home the largest estate sale to occur in Indian Shores within the last decade, closing at $6.9 million, but it was a rare combination of both beachside and dockside—less than one percent of properties in Pinellas County contain both of these unique characteristics.
In addition to having toes in the sand and an on-property deep water-dock, the buyer also sought newer construction with super high-end finishes and a relatively quick turnaround time. Tsunis and the Barkett Realty team helped the buyer move from contract to closing in less than a week, including negotiating the dock lease. The property boasts three levels of waterfront views—from Gulf to Intercoastal—and includes four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a six-car garage, private elevator, pool and generator.
Tsunis recently joined the Barkett Realty team as the brokerage is expanding their team and their offices with the recent addition of a Beachside office located at 6930 Gulf Boulevard in St. Pete Beach.
