Mayor Ken Welch to address press ahead of Rays Opening Day
As you prepare your coverage for the Rays home opener this week, please be advised that Mayor Ken Welch will be available to comment Thursday, April 7 at noon on the steps of City Hall.
Mayor Welch will address all media outlets on the topic at the same time to accommodate scheduling.
