VooDoo Underground, hosted by Chef Erik Youngs, CEC—better known as the VooDoo Chef—returns for its fourth season on July 28 at 2:00 p.m. Produced by the multi-award-winning video produciton company, Red House Streaming, the series showcases the talent, creativity, and determination of the next generation of culinary professionals through an exciting high school cooking competition.

“This season of VooDoo Underground has been the best yet,” said Youngs. “The students definitely brought their A-game, and I’m proud to create a stage where they can showcase their talents. This is their Friday Night Lights. This is VooDoo Underground!“

Youngs is a Certified Executive Chef (CEC) with more than 40 years of experience in the hospitality and foodservice industry and 29 years as a culinary educator in Hillsborough County Public Schools.
